"Just felt a little too expensive"
I was browsing around and checking the prices, i just couldn’t really convince myself it was worth it. Some of the items already felt a bit high to me, and then once I factored in shipping, it was kind of like... yeah, no, probably not for me. Maybe the quality is great, I don’t know, but from what I saw, the value just didn’t quite add up.
"Food didn’t taste fresh"
I was disappointed. The food just, the food tasted like it had been sitting around for a while, and the overall quality wasn’t great.

"Expiration dates were hard to find"
I just wish the expiration dates were easier to see before checking out . With a surplus food site , that’s important . I felt like I wasn’t totally sure what I was going to get , so I probably won’t order again

"Box showed up smashed"
Well... I wasn’t too thrilled with how this showed up. The box was crushed on one side and barely taped shut, like it had been tossed around the whole way here. A few things inside were dented, and one of the packages had even opened a little. I know shipping can be rough sometimes, but this felt like it wasn’t packed very well to begin with. I probably wouldn’t order again unless the packaging gets better.

"Why did it take so long to hear back?"
I reached out to support and it took way too long to get a reply. And when they finally did respond, it wasn’t even that helpful. Like, how is this okay? I just needed some basic help and ended up feeling more frustrated than before

"Felt sketchy after I paid"
It was really frustrating to use. I couldn’t find what I needed, the pages kept lagging, and after I paid I started feeling unsure about the whole thing. It just didn’t feel reliable.

My order ended up being wrong, which was frustrating. I was expecting clearer instructions or details during the ordering process so I could make sure I was getting the right stuff.

"I had such an annoying time..."
I had such an annoying time trying to return my order. The refund took way longer than I expected, and every time I reached out to support it felt like I was getting the same copy-paste response instead of an actual answer. I kept having to ask the same questions just to get any clarity. Maybe other people had a smoother experience, but for me it was frustrating enough that I probably wouldn’t order again...

I was disappointed with the selection. Almost everything I was actually looking for seemed to be out of stock, so it felt like there just wasn’t much for me to choose from.

"Shipping took a while"
So, yeah, my order did show up eventually, but it came way later than I was expecting. It wasn’t, like, a horrible experience or anything, but the shipping was slow and kind of frustrating.
